Tax Liens and Tax Deeds Made Easy. So Long as You Work Hard, Smart, and with the the Right Mentors! :-)

I first heard of Tax Liens over twenty years ago.  I took classes, read articles, attended seminars, and figured out that if you work hard, work smart, and get lucky, it's possible to make very good money by finding those treasures buried in the hidden lists of counties all over the United States.  But it's only  'easy' when you find experts willing to show you the ropes, take you by the hand, and teach you the tricks of the trade.  Even then, it takes hard work, persistence, and smarts.

Fortunately, two years ago I found those experts, Tony Martinez, Saen Higgins, and their amazing team of friends, family, and associates.  Tony & Saen  created the US Tax Lien Association, USTLA.com, and they work their butts off to teach others what they've learned over the last twenty years.  Check out my photos at their celebration two years ago,

This week we meet in Los Angeles, celebrating our successes, learning from our mistakes, networking with fellow investors, and learning from the best, not just about tax liens, investments, and making money, but also about success in general, happiness, good health, balance and family.  This will be my third end of year celebration with the USTLA family.  I can hardly wait to fill you in.  Details, and more pictures, to follow! ;-)
